I am an ICF certified, coach, a Heart Math Personal Resilience Mentor, and a certified Meditation teacher. With these specialties (and more) I help my clients balance the stressors of leading a career and having a meaningful life.
But these are merely my qualifications. What I want YOU to know is I have been leading people for over half my life. It has been both a privilege and a challenge, one that I know well. I also know that it can at times be a lonely road.
